Terms and Conditions

This agreement applies as between you, the purchaser of the course (the “Student”), and GETTENTION LTD (the “Provider”), the operator of the online course “How to Write a Literature Review Using AI” (the “Course”), hosted on the systeme.io platform and associated with the Instagram account @aynur.science. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your purchase of the Course. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not purchase or access the Course. For any queries, please contact us via email at hello@aynur.science.com.

Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

“Course” means the online educational programme titled “How to Write a Literature Review Using AI,” including all video lessons, supplementary materials, downloadable resources, templates, checklists, and any other content provided as part of the Course;
“Course Platform” means systeme.io, the third-party platform through which the Course is hosted and delivered;
“Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, templates, and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of the Course;
“Student” means any individual who purchases and/or accesses the Course;
“Provider” means GETTENTION LTD, the creator and operator of the Course;
“Supplementary Materials” means any downloadable resources, Notion templates, checklists, guides, prompt lists, or other materials provided alongside the Course video content;
“Service” means collectively any online facilities, tools, services, or information that the Provider makes available through the Course, the Course Platform, or associated channels either now or in the future.

Course Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, the Student will receive access to the Course via the Course Platform (systeme.io). Access details and login instructions will be provided via email.
The Course consists of five modules containing video lessons, supplementary materials, downloadable templates, and checklists. All content is delivered digitally through the Course Platform.
The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or improve Course content at any time to ensure accuracy and relevance. The Student will have access to any such updates at no additional cost.
The Student is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access the Course Platform.
Access to third-party tools referenced within the Course (including but not limited to Edison Scientific, Research Rabbit, NotebookLM, Notion, ChatGPT, Google Scholar, Lens.org, Semantic Scholar, Paperpal, and Jenni AI) is subject to each tool’s own terms of service and availability. The Provider does not guarantee the continued availability or functionality of any third-party tool.

Intellectual Property

All Content included in the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video lessons, audio clips, data compilations, templates, supplementary materials, underlying code, and software is the property of GETTENTION LTD, its affiliates, or other relevant third parties. By purchasing and accessing the Course, you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and international intellectual property and other relevant laws.
The Student is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Course content for their own educational and research purposes only.
The Student may not reproduce, copy, distribute, share, resell, store, or in any other fashion re-use Course material, including but not limited to video content, templates, checklists, and supplementary materials, unless given express written permission to do so by GETTENTION LTD.
Sharing of login credentials or Course access with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
The Notion template provided as part of the Course is for the Student’s personal use only. The Student may duplicate and adapt the template for their own research projects but may not distribute, sell, or share the template with others.

Fees and Payment

The Course is available for a one-time payment at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment shall be made through the payment methods available on the Course Platform (systeme.io) at the time of purchase.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Student is responsible for any additional VAT or taxes imposed by their jurisdiction.
Reselling of the Course or Course access to third parties is not permitted.

Refund Policy

The Provider offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Student must submit a refund request in writing via email to hello@aynur.science.com within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
2. A refund will only be granted if the Student has viewed no more than 30% of the total Course video content at the time of the refund request. Course progress is tracked through the Course Platform.
3. If the Student has viewed more than 30% of the Course video content, the refund request will be denied regardless of the reason.
GETTENTION LTD does not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
1. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period has elapsed.
2. The Student has accessed more than 30% of the Course video content.
3. Change of mind or change of research direction after purchase.
4. Failure to use or access the Course within the refund period.
5. Dissatisfaction with third-party tools referenced in the Course, the availability or functionality of which is outside the Provider’s control.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and returned via the original payment method.
Partial refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
It is the Student’s responsibility to review these terms and conditions before purchasing the Course. GETTENTION LTD does not offer refunds for those who do not do their due diligence to ensure the Course is the right purchase for their needs.

No Warranty of Success

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a warranty on the part of the Provider that:

the Course will yield any particular academic result, grade, publication, or outcome;
the methods, tools, or workflows taught in the Course will be suitable for every research project or institution’s requirements;
any third-party tools referenced in the Course will remain available, free of charge, or unchanged in functionality.

The Course provides educational content and a structured methodology. Academic outcomes depend on the Student’s individual effort, critical thinking, institutional requirements, and other factors outside the Provider’s control.

Availability of the Course

GETTENTION LTD accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Course or Course Platform resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, Course Platform (systeme.io) outages or technical failures, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war, or legal restrictions and censorship.

Duty of Confidentiality

GETTENTION LTD undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of any personal data provided by the Student in connection with the purchase and use of the Course, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Accompanying Material and Copyright

If GETTENTION LTD issues or otherwise makes available accompanying material, including but not limited to templates, checklists, prompt guides, and supplementary documents, this material may not be reproduced, distributed, or passed on to third parties — not even in part — without GETTENTION LTD’s express written consent.

Indemnity

The Student hereby agrees to indemnify, protect, and hold harmless GETTENTION LTD from and against any and all liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, and related costs, judgments, expenses, and disbursements, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or in connection with the Student’s use of the Course, breach of these terms, or any misuse of Course materials.
The Student acknowledges that they are solely responsible for how they apply the knowledge, tools, and methods taught in the Course, including compliance with their institution’s academic integrity policies.

Liability

In no event will the Provider be liable to the Student or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from the Student’s use of the Course, even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the event that the Provider fails to deliver the Course with reasonable care and skill, the Provider shall carry out any and all necessary remedial action at no additional cost to the Student.
The Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Student that results from the Student’s failure to follow any instructions given within the Course.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Provider’s total liability to the Student for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action shall at all times be limited to the amount paid by the Student for the Course.
Neither Party shall be liable to the other or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of that Party’s obligations if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond that Party’s reasonable control.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to the Student, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply, and the Student may have additional rights.

Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Sending us emails and completing online forms constitute electronic communications.
You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed by us.
You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.

No Waiver

In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.

Previous Terms and Conditions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

Notices

All notices and communications shall be given to us by email to hello@aynur.science.com. Such notice will be deemed received the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day, and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the relationship between the Student and GETTENTION LTD shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
